Thank you for shopping with Pivot & Pulse. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items — Free Returns If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pivothomesecurity.com. Include your order number and photos of the defect or damage. We will:
- Provide a free prepaid return label
- Issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you
Change-of-Mind Returns We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to opened electronics.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Final sale or clearance items (marked at time of purchase)
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@pivothomesecurity.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided label (defective) or your preferred carrier (change-of-mind)
- Receive your refund or replacement once inspected
