Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer shipping across the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination.
Estimated Delivery Times

- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pivthomesecurity.com We will arrange a free return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damage or defect in your message.
Change-of-Mind Returns Returns due to change of mind are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply on opened electronics.
Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
